Meet the Ambassador of Joy, Willem Dieleman who at the age of 27,  took off on a journey that he imagined would last no more than six months. Two years later this left-handed, dyslectic, vegetarian had couch-surfed his way around the world baking pancake as gesture of gratitude to his hosts.
